About Coaching
As a coach, I create a container for you to do the work to get to where you want to be in your career and life. I am your thinking and accountability partner, your champion, and the person from whom you can expect complete honesty and valuable challenges. Built into a coaching conversation is the belief that every situation has possibilities and that people really do have the power of choice in their lives.
Coaching is:
- a powerful process of activating learning and action in your life. It’s about discovering what you really want, understanding what motivates you, and setting a clear direction that you move towards with energy and gusto.
- a thought-provoking process chiefly about discovery, awareness and choice. It is a way of effectively empowering you to find your own answers, and encouraging and offering support on your path in making life-changing choices.
- a creative process that inspires you to maximize your potential by experimenting in your life, and trying new approaches and fresh ideas. At the heart of coaching is examining your choices, testing out new ways of being in your life, and making commitments to yourself.
- a personal process of facilitating purposeful, intentional change in your life and career. Coaching is about you—who you are, what you value, and how you want to live your best life.
